Douglas Whalen: Words cannot adequately express my extreme satisfaction with PRO-Webs.net!

My Zen Cart based website had been on the fritz for days, and the fellow who had built it and was managing it for me had become practically unresponsive to my phone calls and e-mails.

I really did not know where to turn.
Being website-illiterate myself, many people were offering me their various (and often conflicting) suggestions about what I needed to do to get the site back up and running, to the point that my head was swimming!

Finally, I thought to do a Google search for Zen Cart, having no idea about what I might find.
To my extremely good fortune, I found PRO-Webs.net, and I made a phone call.

Speaking for only a couple of minutes with PRO-Webs, I got the distinct impression that she could resolve my website issues for me.
That turned out to be a huge understatement! Within a span of a couple of days, PRO-Webs had rebuilt my dysfunctional website, and had it updated with information about new products that I had been begging my former website manager to do for months!

I have to say that PRO-Webs professionalism and attention to detail are surpassed only by her lightning-fast response time!

I could not be happier; once again, life is good!!
