The Google link operator will return all pages in Google's index that link to a domain. For example, to display all the pages linked to PRO-Webs, I would use link:pro-webs.net. Using the www displays pages linked to the www, and non www for pages linked to the non.

Inbound links (IBL) or Backlinks are links in to a page from another. Links coming in to a page are from any other page including your own. PageRank if allowed bleeds or transfers in to page via a link.
