This email I received from TheFind today
On March 13, 2015, TheFind, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TheFind”) entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreementâ€) with Facebook, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Facebookâ€), Bowline Acquisition Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Facebook (“Merger Subâ€) and Shareholder Representative Services LLC, as the stockholders’ agent, pursuant to which Merger Sub will merge with and into TheFind with TheFind surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Facebook (the “Transactionâ€).
This message hereby notifies you, pursuant to the TheFind Terms of Use, that the Terms of Use have been updated to reflect that, effective as of the closing of the Transaction, TheFind is ceasing operations and will no longer accept data or payments related thereto. It is anticipated that the closing of the Transaction will take place on or about April 1, 2015.
